High-temperature treatments in the preparation of conventional DSSCs represent a significant cost, time, and environmental factor. Replacing the traditionally used TCO-coated glass substrates (TGS) with flexible materials, such as indium-tin oxide (ITO)-coated polyethylene terephthalate (PET) (ITO/PET) and the use of low temperature processes are crucial for DSSCs both to overcome these concerns and to become a competitive technology.

The development of selective solar coatings (deposited with different techniques) used in solar to thermal heat conversion systems, for domestic and industrial applications, provide a promising alternative to the consumption of fossil fuels and could help the global effort of lowering CO2 emissions. Some of the most important examples of this technologies are the solar collectors that are already used to produce heat in chemical, mining, food and textile industries. Industrial solar collectors have proved to be very profitable investments, since they are amortized between 3 and 5 years, and the equipment lasts up to 25 years.

Environment and electricity: teaching Renewable Energy Sources in technical education in electrotechnics integrated with high school in Belém - PA.

João Vitor Sousa Duarte Pinheiro

University of the Amazon - Unama Technician in Electrotechnics and Graduating in Biomedical Sciences Belém (PA) – Brazil

The present work has the function of analyzing the recurrent problems of teaching renewable energy sources in the technical high school setting in electrotechnics in Belém - PA, a city full of natural resources that can be properly used for the theoretical and practical teaching of use alternative energy sources. In this context, technicians in electrotechnics are also qualified to work with renewable energy sources, however, in technical education, little is taught and discussed with future professionals in the electrical sector on how to use them, and with this, many professionals graduate without to be properly trained for the social and environmental demand, and we know the importance of using alternative energy sources as they help the environment and bring a better quality of life for all species.

FIELD PHYSICS: Learning in a Non-Formal Environment through a Didactic Sequence

José Augusto dos Santos Cardoso, Rubens Silva

FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF PARÁ NATIONAL PROFESSIONAL MASTERS IN PHYSICS TEACHING BELÉM –PARÁ- BRAZIL

The current world is opening discussion fronts on the use of alternative energy sources. This work is exactly about that and was developed through a didactic sequence that culminates in an educational product. For this, we resorted to Marco Antônio Moreira's Theory of Meaningful Learning, which will support the teaching of Hydrostatics and Hydrodynamics to basic education students. Its development took place through the production of two prototypes, the Rosario Pump and the Hydraulic Ram, which work without the use of electrical energy, only through mechanical energy. The proposal is to allow the student the opportunity to experience physical phenomena involved in the non-formal, non-institutionalized teaching environment (agricultural field) that often do not have electricity in their regions. In this way, it is possible to obtain flow and storage of fluids, thus helping the irrigation processes of crops. Therefore, through the observation of these, it is expected that students reach an understanding of the physical laws that describe them, thus enabling the acquired knowledge to become part of their cognitive structure.

The Secret Aspartic Proteinase enzyme plays an important role in promoting what can be established as a drug target for infections. As a result, inhibition of the enzyme's active center using phytochemicals would reduce the severity of the enzyme's virulence. Furthermore, it is one of 10 acid hydrolases that has a molecular weight of 37 KDa and is active at a potential of hydrogen of 3.0-7.0. The present work focuses on the in silico analysis of about 6 phytochemicals and the originally crystallized ligand, against the enzyme Secret Aspartic Proteinase 5 (code 2QZX) and phytochemicals from the database ZINC15, using Vina software. The docking results for the crystallized ligand, in kCal/mol, were -6.5 and the phytochemicals terpinyl valerate -6.2, azoxystrobin -6.6, timolol -6.7, terbutaline -6.8, terpecurcumin C -7.7 and higher binding of terpecurcumin A -7.9 and by amino acid interactions in relation to the crystallized ligand obtained Terpecurcumim A and Azoxystrobin with 18.75 and 25% respectively of interactions. Thus, these bioactive compounds can be used as clues to drugs that target secreted aspartic proteinase enzymes in the treatment of resistant Candida infections.

Tuberculosis affects a large part of the world population, especially in developing countries. The antibiotics isoniazid and ethambutol have been used for decades as first-line drugs for treatment. Mycobacterium tuberculosis infections, the causative agent of, but the rise of multidrug-resistant and extensively drug-resistant strains pose a serious threat to current treatment options. Therefore, the current investigation involved the representation of the structure of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis EmbC (code 3pty) protein with the respective ligands, Alpha-selinen, Beta-caryophyllene, Myrcene, p-cymene-8-ol, viridiflorol....

Breast cancer is a disease caused by the disordered multiplication of breast cells, statistical data show that in 2018 about 2.1 million new cases were registered, which corresponds to 11.6% of all registered cancer cases worldwide, being more incident in women. Researches for the development of new drugs that prevent the aromataze protein responsible for hormonal imbalance, which consequently generates this uncontrolled multiplication, have been developed....

Tuberculosis is one of the main causes of infectious deaths in the world, this infection affects about 25% of the world population, caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Statistical data indicate that tuberculosis reached about 10.4 million people in 2016 according to the WHO, in addition to this 80% of deaths in HIV-positive people is due to tuberculosis. Piper cubeba belongs to the Piperaceae family, of oriental origin, widely used as a spice and folk medicine acting in various treatments....

Tuberculosis, caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, is one of the world's most lethal infectious diseases. Natural compounds are currently the target of pharmacological interest since they have pharmacological properties. Piper cubeba is a type of natural product which already has antibacterial properties. Through these data on Piper cubeba, to theoretically prove its effectiveness against mycobacterium tuberculosis, this study performed a virtual screening of part of its compounds through molecular docking of the 3pty protein with the following ligands a-humulene; b-caryophyllene oxide; b-elemene; eugenol; methyleugenol....

Terpenes are natural products that have several biological and pharmacological properties that are directly related to their chemical structures. In the structural determination of organic molecules, nuclear magnetic resonance is used on a large scale. The present study aims to develop and test chemical shift scaling factors from carbon-13 to terpenes, based on linear regressions. The geometries were optimized at the B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) level, in the gaseous phase, and the chemical shift will be obtained at the PBE0/aug-cc-pvdz level....
